Dental Insurance/Payment Options

Dental Insurance Plans
Dr. Benson & Associates accepts all traditional insurance plans in which you choose your dentist. If you have any questions regarding your dental insurance, please feel free to call or email our office with your questions.

Participating Insurers
We are contracted with specific insurance carriers to provide services at a discount. The insurance will pay a percentage of the services we provide for you based upon previously agreed amounts with the carrier.Dr. Benson & Associates participates with the following Dental Insurance Plans:

• ADN
• Aetna PPO
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Delta DPO
• Delta PPO
• Delta Premier
• Dentemax
• MetLife
• United Concordia Access
• United Concordia National Fee for Service.

HMOs
We do not participate with any HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) or DMO (Dental Maintenance Organization). Patients with those plans must be seen by an HMO or DMO provider in that particular network.

Patients without Dental Insurance
We offer several different payment options to assist you in paying for your dental services. Payment in full is expected at the time of service. The following are forms of payment accepted in our dental office:

Personal Check / Money Orders

MasterCard / Visa / Discover Card

Unicorn Financial – Unicorn Financial is a payment option available to you as a line of credit. To secure the credit, a very simple application must be completed in our office or online at the Unicorn Website. You will then be informed of the amount of credit for which you have been approved.  This line of credit can be used for payment of dental services provided in our office.
